Behind the Westie Nomad Night is not a classic event team, but rather guides of the Westie caravan, who orient themselves by the compass of the Westie-energy – with one clear goal: to find special places and bring them to life for one night.
We don't just plan events.

If the zipper on a tent gets stuck, the lock on a jeep won't open, or the camel is being stubborn – Renato knows who to ask.
He juggles numbers, contacts, and requests as if it were a relaxed stopover somewhere along the trail. And somehow, in the end, more is always possible than you originally thought.

Bruno is the link between the depot and the current camp. He takes care of luggage, technology, and makes sure no one is left high and dry.
While the caravan is still arriving, he has long since unloaded everything and laid the cables – and is usually finished before anyone even asks where to start.

Overachiever-in-Overdrive
under Nomads «Anja»
When the compass suddenly points in a different direction, a new place appears on the horizon, or something needs to be organized quickly – Anja is already right in the middle of it.
While others choose one direction, she simply follows them all at once.
She keeps the caravan together: scouting locations, sending smoke signals in all directions, and ensuring that the right sound is always playing on the transistor radio.

The Bowlequeens

Our Bowlequeens ensure that every stop on the route is unique, even in terms of drinks: with their signature bowle. A little one-of-a-kind each night – and just right for long evenings of dancing at camp.
